"This was a trial job before a potential kitchen removal. It involved moving our boiler a short distance, walling off the area, fixing the floor, some electrical. The Babcock family themselves professional but didn't follow thru with the subs. The subs were only concerned with doing the fastest, cheapest job they could do (classic example is on the plumbing rework, the plumber substituted PEX for copper and the former isn't rated for the latter job)."

"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. We have worked on commercial and residential projects for several years and ready to assist in any project.

The immediate, as well as surrounding area, was cleared and leveled just to add a nice unexpected finish. Very happy with the work, communication, and extra effort by Miguel resulting in a finished job that was better than I expected.
