"The initial installation went as smooth as silk. However, ran into problems installing the humidifier. There was not enough room to fit the filter between the humidifier and the unit so alternate plans were made. We were advised an additional 1 week's time would be required to order and install custom made grills and filters. The original week turned into 4 weeks and when installation finally occurred, the grates were not the correct size.
