He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one. In the mean time, they directed me to have plumbing rough and done, and then when they couldn't deliver the system for which the plumbing was done, I now have to spend several thousand dollars having the plumbing redone for another system that I found out on my own.
