He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one. I called Affordable Plumbing in the morning and he was right over with in the hour. He hooked up my water line for the evaporative cooler while he was here. The cost was much less than what I had anticipated, a whole lot less. I'm satisfied and thankful. He's upfront with cost and no hidden fees.
