The shower leaked from the 1st floor to the 2nd and caused water damage to a brand new kitchen. Eddie tried to fix it 4 times but did not know what to do. "I have used Maddox plumbing for 10 years. They have always been very reliable and courteous. However, when things do not go perfectly that is when you can tell the true quality of service. I recently had an evaporative cooler installed. The technician did not install a new roof jack and stand for the new cooler. When I notified Maddox, they responded the next day and said that they would take care of this. They had a new stand and jack built and delivered it to be installed at no additional charge. I highly recommend them."
