A bathroom water leak, 7 years ago, in a bathroom exterior wall created the unknown mold issue in the adjacent interior wall. The interior of the exterior wall was opened up by the builder of my home. The insulation was removed, water leak was repaired, wall cavity dried, re-insulated and the wall was repaired. In September 2020, I began a remodel of the same bathroom and discovered mold in the adjacent interior wall. My initial contact and conversation was a fabulous experience. The quote for mold remediation was very fair. The pre & post tests of the air quality and mold spore count on effected surfaces was included in the remediation task. Gary and his team did a fabulous job of cleaning up post the mold remediation. However, once he started the work other complications were discovered such as mold behind the existing wall. Joey and his crew were able to take care of each issue and charged us a fair amount for the extra work performed. We were very impressed with his willingness to get the job done in a timely manner.
