The interior of the exterior wall was opened up by the builder of my home. The insulation was removed, water leak was repaired, wall cavity dried, re-insulated and the wall was repaired. In September 2020, I began a remodel of the same bathroom and discovered mold in the adjacent interior wall. After receiving two quotes, one firm in Albuquerque for $6.2K and one in Las Cruces for $600.00 I knew that something wasn't right. I searched Home Advisor and found Gary. My initial contact and conversation was a fabulous experience. The quote for mold remediation was very fair.
