Kevin came out on a Tuesday, measured the window and quoted a replacement cost. He said he would be out the following Tuesday to put it in. He arrived as scheduled and replaced the glass. Both visits were on schedule and Professional. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I purchased 4 custom windows from Reliant. The nightmare began a few months after. The windows are drafty, leak when it rains and dust/dirt blow in. They don't return phone calls. Their lifetime warranty is not worth the paper it's written on.

The window replacement was completed quickly and with attention to detail.
