At no cost, he put a tarp over my roof to prevent leaking when a storm was coming. He also was very communicative with my insurance company to ensure the job was done in full and correctly. "We scheduled this roof replacement from a distance as we live in Houston and we are helping parents sell their house in West Texas. "Mr. Fehr is very congenial and professional. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Provided eccellent customer service and follow up with every concern or question. His crew was equally courteous and helpful. The work area was kept safe and neat during the reconstruction. They used a magnet around the area every day to ensure no nails, screws or metal shards were left behind to present a possible hazard around the perimeter of the house. My experience with Silverline was totally positive. I will use them again if the opportunity arises and would highly recommend them. The price was very fair.
