I was very pleased with the sales representative and the crew that did the work. The sales rep was very flexible on timing and was very helpful in choosing color and style of shingle. The crew was very professional and the job looks perfect. They were also $2500 cheaper than the other company I got a bid from.

Waited a month on estimate. Install date kept getting pushed back. Took off work to meet crew to be sure they had correct materials and instruction but nobody showed up. Once they got there, they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. We only found one nail in the yard when we swept with a magnet which is great considering the number of shingles.

Mr. Hartman is very professional, took care of the job . Highly recommend

Great! Kevin got on the job quickly and had it done exactly when he said he would. He even dealt with my insurance company and cashed their checks for me so I didn't have to worry about it. He was very gracious and glad to work for us and thanked me several times for my business. I would most definitely recommend them. This is the way it should be when hiring a contractor. What a great guy from a great company!

We scheduled this roof replacement from a distance as we live in Houston and we are helping parents sell their house in West Texas.  I chose Hartman Roofing due to the excellent ratings on Angie's List.  The entire process was extremely professional and the communication was excellent with Kirby.  He answered questions, was quick to reply by phone and email and was also helpful in answering questions from our insurance carrier.  I would highly recommend to anyone needing their roof repaired or replaced.  Excellent experience.

The work was excellent!!!  From the owner of the company to all the crew members.  They were all professional and courteous at all times. We replaced our roof with stone coated steel ....  which really changed the look of our house. We are so pleased with the results.  We would recommend Hartman Roofing in Lubbock to anyone with roofing needs

Crew was excellent, on time, cleaned up after themselves, good quality work.  But the communication between trying to schedule a job or get an invoice to be able to pay them was like pulling teeth, very difficult.  Communication is why I would not use this company again.

After calling the company, I received a return call the next day and an appraiser came about 2 days later.  By the end of the next week, we had a brand new roof, all debris had been removed and flashing had been painted to match the shingles. We were pleased by the service, the professionalism and the courtesy of everyone involved.  Several severe rains have come since then and there isn't a leak to be found.

They were fabulous in all aspects! They quickly responded & got us a quote after being called (within the same week).
They were then very quick to get us a date set up & checked in on us during the time in-between to make she's everything
was okay until they came out. On the dates of service they were punctual, quick & professional. We would use them again without question!

I emailed Kevin on a Friday evening and he responded the next day. Came on Monday. Did a thorough inspection. Then, he took the time to explain how insurance worked. I was very thankful for that because my insurance did not explain squat. He was very nice and told me he would deal with the insurance company so we didn't have to. Felt a giant load off my shoulders. His guys showed up a couple days later. It took 2 days to complete the job. They worked hard and cleaned up behind themselves. We couldn't be happier! Roof looks great!

Excellent!

I called 3 roofers and Hartman Roofing had the most competitive pricing and could meet my scheduling constraints. They showed up on Monday and finished on Thursday. It took about 2 days to tear off the old roof. As we were expecting rain, each evening they ensured the roof was covered with roofing felt. The overall job took about 0.5 days longer than estimated which was no problem. The crews showed up on time and worked 12 hour days to meet the schedule? The crew was professional, cleaned up every day and did a great job. In addition to the roofing, there were some rotten facia boards and trim, that they replaced for me at no extra cost. They exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend using Hartman Roofing again.

They are absolutely a ten star; they are the best people I have ever met.  They did it all in one day; it was amazing.  I would give them an A+; they were wonderful.  The price was comparable to everybody else.  I called them one day and they were here the next day to give me an estimate.  That was on a Thursday.  They showed up on Monday.  Three of my friends are going to use them now.  They got in and out; you would have never known they were here except the roof was new and the trim looked great.  Actually, Hartman roofing didn’t do the painting; he recommended a painter for me.  I didn’t like how the drip edge looked and they came back out and put it back on for me at no additional cost.  It was a very good experience and I was very pleased. 

Hartman Roofing worked with us to get the best product and stay within the appraised total provided by the insurance company.  They replaced the whole roof and one skylight.  They did a wonderful job and were really good about cleaning up after themselves.
