They were a no show. Never even showed up. Very rude. NQN Roofing is Great!! I still do not have gutters

I was very pleased with the sales representative and the crew that did the work. The sales rep was very flexible on timing and was very helpful in choosing color and style of shingle. The crew was very professional and the job looks perfect. They were also $2500 cheaper than the other company I got a bid from.

Waited a month on estimate. Install date kept getting pushed back. Took off work to meet crew to be sure they had correct materials and instruction but nobody showed up. Once they got there, they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. We only found one nail in the yard when we swept with a magnet which is great considering the number of shingles.

Mr. Hartman is very professional, took care of the job . Highly recommend

Great! Kevin got on the job quickly and had it done exactly when he said he would. He even dealt with my insurance company and cashed their checks for me so I didn't have to worry about it. He was very gracious and glad to work for us and thanked me several times for my business. I would most definitely recommend them. This is the way it should be when hiring a contractor. What a great guy from a great company!

Never called back, no show, the number provided went to another business. They might be a great company with good warranties, but if you can't reach them what good is it. Would like a chance to work with them because of past reviews, but the communication seem to be an issue right now. They could be very busy, but a simple courtesy call would go a long way.

i needed some roof repair or at least some advice. looked up reputable roofers on angies list and found this roofer to be of high grade and good reviews. i used the email provided on angies list and sent them an email. i did not hear back from them over several days. i looked up their website and left an email on that site. i did not hear back from them so after several more days i called and left a message and again there was no response. i tried yet again and talked to some lady that wasn't very professional , seemed oblivious to the fact that they have emails and then i was told they would contact me. while she was cordial she didn't seemed concerned at all that i had been waiting to hear from her company and that contact was not made. i have been waiting for over 2 weeks and haven't heard back from anyone as of yet. So, i will move on.

We scheduled this roof replacement from a distance as we live in Houston and we are helping parents sell their house in West Texas.  I chose Hartman Roofing due to the excellent ratings on Angie's List.  The entire process was extremely professional and the communication was excellent with Kirby.  He answered questions, was quick to reply by phone and email and was also helpful in answering questions from our insurance carrier.  I would highly recommend to anyone needing their roof repaired or replaced.  Excellent experience.

The work was excellent!!!  From the owner of the company to all the crew members.  They were all professional and courteous at all times. We replaced our roof with stone coated steel ....  which really changed the look of our house. We are so pleased with the results.  We would recommend Hartman Roofing in Lubbock to anyone with roofing needs

Crew was excellent, on time, cleaned up after themselves, good quality work.  But the communication between trying to schedule a job or get an invoice to be able to pay them was like pulling teeth, very difficult.  Communication is why I would not use this company again.

After calling the company, I received a return call the next day and an appraiser came about 2 days later.  By the end of the next week, we had a brand new roof, all debris had been removed and flashing had been painted to match the shingles. We were pleased by the service, the professionalism and the courtesy of everyone involved.  Several severe rains have come since then and there isn't a leak to be found.

They were fabulous in all aspects! They quickly responded & got us a quote after being called (within the same week).
They were then very quick to get us a date set up & checked in on us during the time in-between to make she's everything
was okay until they came out. On the dates of service they were punctual, quick & professional. We would use them again without question!

I emailed Kevin on a Friday evening and he responded the next day. Came on Monday. Did a thorough inspection. Then, he took the time to explain how insurance worked. I was very thankful for that because my insurance did not explain squat. He was very nice and told me he would deal with the insurance company so we didn't have to. Felt a giant load off my shoulders. His guys showed up a couple days later. It took 2 days to complete the job. They worked hard and cleaned up behind themselves. We couldn't be happier! Roof looks great!

Still got leaks because no one called back to make an appointment, it just would be nice that if they did not want to come and do the work to just come out and say instead of wasting over a week waiting for them to call and say they are coming.

I left several messages but never got a call back

They were very accommodating and came out to talk to my husband after he got off work. In the end we decided to use someone else
