Earp scored the old stucco layers, with a circular saw, a foot above ground level, before applying the new stucco system. This was to help prevent ground moisture wicking. I thought this was pretty creative. The work crew was very good with masking off windows and doors. They worked very efficiently, without a lot of chatter. They seemed very focused on the job. The finish around my replacement windows is fantastic. They did an excellent job feathering the stucco from the wall to the front of the windows. My neighbor up the street, had Tesuque re-stucco their home. They used the same stucco brand (Dryvit) and color as my home. Upon close inspection, there is no doubt in my mind, that Earp did a better job of stucco finish than Tesuque."
