after getting a couple of estimates , (all rated super services by Angies list  )  I decided to hire BW Earp  since they where the only one who mention my options to get a smooth seal around my new windows , sure, with additional cost, but  well worth it since I'm planning to keep that house for a long time and like well done work..

The scheduling and execution of the work was done professionally with the best textured finish I have seen on a house.

'The only recommendation I could make to them is to put a little more emphasis on protection the small plants around the walls when applying the stucco.
