I contacted Chad in late January, and the work -- from estimate to ordering materials to installation -- was completed by early March before any spring rains came. What a difference! Chad and Devin got the job done in a matter of hours on a Saturday morning using their special truck to "print" gutters custom-made for my house. Chad lowered the price a tad after realizing that less work would be required than he initially estimated -- something he brought to my attention, rather than vice versa...now how many contractors can you say that about?! He went to a local near-by hardware store and purchased the necessary sheet rock, which I paid for as it was an extra item. In order to get at the damage, he had to pull off a large 4x4 section of peg-board that itself had been torn. I left him to do the work, but when I returned, he had removed the peg-board so carefully that it could be remounted and used again, over the now completely repaired and re plastered damage!
