Window World Las Cruces

We bought 17 windows and had them installed. Our sales person, Marlo, was excellent. There was no pressure. The installation went seamlessly. The installation crew was thorough and careful. They were careful to clean up after their work. The windows look great and are a big improvement over the new construction windows our builder installed. Our sales representative was Marko. The installation crew was: Chris, little Chris, Julian, Gustavo, and Chuy.

Felt the crew was very focused and did a nice job, one hot August day. Couple of months later the exterior sealant had separated in the summer heat. When found, I called the office and they had the crew back out the next day and they redid the seal. Am thinking that this seal will have the fall to cure before again exposed to the intense heat of summer on that side of the house. There has been not a problem with the window WW did the year before on a cooler side of the house. Really pleased they mean what they say and will address any problem, should there ever be one!!! Thanks WW and awesome crew!!!

Well, it wasn't horrible.... the main issue is that they were so hasty that they did some things wrong before I had a chance to know what what happening. The pack came in a rush an hour-and-a-quarter before scheduled (I'd been told they would be there between ten and eleven), then were about to immediately start with a window in the wrong room. I got that straightened out, but wasn't dressed yet, so wasn't outdoors when they started working there. They cut a notch out of a frame (didn't tell me about it) to accommodate a non-functioning antenna wire, which I could have removed for them. Too late. Then, to get at another window through a screen porch, they forced a screen door that wouldn't clear some gravel on the concrete. The door is now non-functional, and I'm trying to find a repairman. Of course, I would have swept the gravel away for them. Too. late. I'd planned to clear their way to everything before they came, it would only have taken me about ten minutes, but they came an hour-and-a quarter before they were expected....

Our window frames are deteriorating throughout the house, so we had 3 replaced by Window World. After making an appointment, they sent a salesperson to our home. However, to my surprise the salesperson did not pressure us into replacing all the windows in the house. Instead, he gave me a presentation of the product, measured the windows and told me the next steps for ordering. He was very polite and courteous. About a week later the installers came for a more accurate measure and to check for any potential obstacles. About four weeks after that, my windows arrived and they called me to schedule installation. The installers were about 30 minutes late that morning, but they did an excellent job and cleaned up afterward.

No surprises from what was promised by sales staff. Polite workers showed up on time and worked quickly. The windows are wonderful, and I am very satisfied with the service, product, and price. Clean-up could have been better. I was picking glass shards out of my yard for weeks afterward. One of the larger windows didn't close properly - technicians came back as promised and resolved the problem promptly, so I have no complaint there. However, when I called the office to report the problem, I was made to feel that I must be mistaken and just didn't understand how the window worked. A technician was sent promptly to resolve the problem, but I didn't appreciate being doubted on my ability to close a window. All-in-all I am very satisfied with the windows and service.

The installation crew of 3 had a slow start, but once they got rolling it went fast. Very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of replacing windows in their home, dealing with one company from start to finish makes it easy.

It went very well except that serveral of the windows came in with the wrong glass and had to be replaced before installation.The office person- Jenn Wi-did a great job of expiditing the replacement in weeks time.The salesman did not understand fully that we wanted to comply with the rebate program offered by El Paso Electric.for every window in the house,although we stated that on several occasions in our convesations about windows.
