Got a new job in Houston TX and had to hire relocation service. ERSA Logistics were very helpful. The transition was smooth and the service provided was top notch. The price was a little higher than others but it beats frustration, headaches didn't include any hidden fees. Thank you guys. I recently completed a long distance move out of state and the experience was excellent. The crew was professional, careful, and very efficient. They packed and loaded everything with great attention to detail, kept me informed throughout the trip, and delivered right on schedule. All of my belongings arrived safely and were set up exactly how I wanted. What I thought would be a stressful process turned out to be smooth and easy. I truly appreciate the team for making my move such a positive experience.

We had such a great experience with ERSA! Our original moving company canceled on us last minute, and we were in a panic to find someone reliable. We saw ERSA on a Facebook ad and they reached out right away. With only 2 days before our move, they managed to squeeze us in and make it happen. Everything went smoothly, and we are so grateful for their professionalism and willingness to help us out on such short notice. Highly recommend!

The absolute worst moving experience we?ve ever had, the most dishonest people I?ve ever worked with, ended up costing us thousands more ($4k to be exact) than the estimate, broken items with refusal to replace, and they LEFT over $1k worth of OUR THINGS at the home but we had already moved across the country so we lost it all. They never even finished packing the home. We were FINALLY offered a $500 credit, and EVEN THAT WAS A LIE. They said they were working on it after countless texts and calls, but then they had a death in the family, and have since stopped responding altogether. We don?t have time to chase this down or pursue legal action although we absolutely should and would wipe the floor with them because we have text messages, pictures, and contracts promising one thing but never delivering on any of it. Help me help you. DO NOT USE these thieves, liars, and cheats. The worst experience of our lives.

I had a great and stress free move! I am very pleased with them!

The absolute worse movers ever. They hire people on the fly who are definitely not professional movers. One day I got some lost teenagers moving my things cluelessly to the truck and the next day some big older guy moving things by himself. Then the move happened while a snowstorm was happening in the Midwest. Instead of letting the storm pass like I asked, they hired some clueless teenagers who dropped boxes and other item in multiple feet high snow. They also left things in the yard and garage because they did not know how to remove doors to make more room for larger items. So multiple items were left outside of the home instead of inside the home. Protective cloths were removed while moving items which led to items being scratched or broken. I was charged extra for large boxes that they put sofa pillows and packing cloths inside of. Just about the worst moving experience ever. I tried to communicate my frustrations with them via email and they offered a pitiful $100 to try and please me. This after I paid over 6k for the long distance move. This company is a joke and definitely does not value their customers or employees. They also did not give the movers a place to spend the night. As they told us they were gonna sleep in the truck or warehouse. Definitely 0 stars if it was possible.

Do yourself a favor, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY MOVE. They are professional scammers. Your price will double, your possessions will be damaged, and they will arrive when they want then to. They misrepresent themselves from the first call, and your final call will not be until day before they are to be there, and they have you right where they want you. Worst experience I have ever been through.

Acting like scammers. They provided a nice estimate, but when a truck came, they wanted to charge 700 more claiming that I have more items. When I showed them my estimate with a list of items exactly the same as I have to load, they said that cubic feet were calculated incorrectly by them when providing my quote! So, they were sure that I have to pay $700 for their mistakes. I had to leave some of items because of it. They promised to deliver on November 8th. On November 18th (10 days later, they called saying they come "tomorrow" and asked for more money. After I paid no one appeared next day and whole next week. So it was pure lie and scam. Thus, in total I paid more than normal moving company would take and I have no idea where my stuff is.

Easy Road Moving is a company that you should definitely steer away from. While the actual workers that picked up and dropped off our furniture were great, the management team behind this company are rude and unprofessional. One particular person, Tony, was exceptionally awful. My wife and I were upset because we had just found out that, even though we had been told that the delivery date was going to be either the 7th or 8th of November, the contract states that it can be any day between those days and up to 22 days later. Essentially, we were given empty verbal promises and now they were leaning on the contract to justify not meeting our expectations. We were told that our delivery would be happening closer to the 17th....maybe. HOWEVER, if we wanted to pay an extra $1000 for expedited shipping, they could guarantee our delivery for the 9th. Funny how they made promises but could only deliver on those promises if we paid them more money. Adding insult to injury, Tony was super rude on the phone when my wife and I got upset and outright refused to speak to my wife saying that she was being rude not caring at all that we were upset because of how they were treating us...the clients. Tony should be relegated to a different position that doesn't allow him access to clients. He's rude and unsympathetic. Easy Road Movers is a company that either needs to improve their service drastically or stop being a business. The only thing they did right was deliver our stuff unscathed but it came at a cost that we were not happy with at all. We will never use Easy Road Moving again and I highly recommend that you, the reader, go elsewhere for your moving needs.

Worst moving company ever!! Estimate tripled on day of pickup. Many many boxes, bins, items missing or damaged. Delivery was 3 weeks late after several calls to see where our stuff was.

Extremely Disappointing Moving Experience: Lied to and Broken Items*ATTENTION* They GO BY OTHER NAMES!I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Easy Road Moving & Storage for my relocation, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, they demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. First and foremost, the initial quote I received was far from accurate. The moving company assured me that the price would remain within a certain range, only to triple it on the day of the move. This sudden price increase was both shocking and unacceptable. Furthermore, throughout the entire process, I felt deceived and misled. The movers made promises they could not keep, promising a specific timeline for delivery that was repeatedly pushed back without any valid explanation. This lack of transparency and honesty left me feeling frustrated and helpless. To make matters worse, a significant number of my belongings arrived at the new location damaged beyond repair. Fragile items were carelessly handled, resulting in shattered glassware and broken furniture. The movers showed little regard for the safety and well-being of my possessions, causing irreparable damage and emotional distress. When I contacted the moving company to address these issues, their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. They offered no real solutions or compensation for the broken items, leaving me to deal with the consequences of their negligence alone. IN conclusion, I strongly advise against using Easy Road Moving & Storage for your relocation needs. Their dishonesty, lack of professionalism, and careless handling of belongings are simply unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and potential financial loss by choosing a more reputable and reliable moving company.

RUN! Do not use! We were outsrouced to this company through new leaf moving and storage. They did not hold up their end of the contract, delivered things late, and many items were broken including our sofa that showed up wrapped in plastic instead of the moving blanket that was in the contract. We lost picture frames, bowls, our secretary desk, and then the sofa and we submitted a claim to the â fakeâ insurance company we were awarded $68 dollars and needed to get a form notarized in order to receive the money. Iâ ll give it to Tony who handles customer service that he is kind and never gets heated so matter the customers frustration, but everything overall was a disappointment and the only way I was able to get our items delivered was to be very stern over the phone. After reading othersâ horror stories Iâ m grateful we got our stuff at all. Do not use. Also, take a look at the 4-5 star reviews. These are not from actual customers. There is no way someone would give this company 5 stars.

They pick up my belongings on June 23rd, 2022 and today is September 3rd, 2022, I still do t know when I will get that furniture and my belongings I heard the truck was impounded in New Jersey. PLEASE, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The employees have no manners, they do t have the right equipment to lift the furniture. This company works along with the NEW LEAF MOVING GROUP. Please stay away if you do t want to go through what I am still going through right now. I have to start from scratch to get the same items I already owned to survive and the daily mental stress is today the day that I will get my belongings. Worst, No one shows concern by calling me and following up on the situation. I have been the one calling. These are zero-star companies that are not regulated by the Better Business Bureau. Do not Hire, if you do, Your life will become a Living Hell.

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!! DO NOT USE! DO NOT HIRE! They contract with another company, and I hold them equally responsible. They gave me multiple reminders of when they would not be coming to pick up my things, and then they neither showed up nor called/texted to let me know they could not make it. I had to wait an additional 3 days. I lost my $500 deposit at an AirBnB reserved, and despite saying they would refund this they never did. Then I called to schedule my delivery and the dispatcher said that she would schedule for my things to leave from Storage on the 16th to be delivered on the 19th. I double checked twice to make sure they would not deliver before the 19th, knowing I would be in another state and would not be able to let them in. The person kept saying my things would not get there before the 19th and I did not need to worry. Then my things arrived on the 16th and I had to pay an extra fee on top of needing to hire someone else to move my things out of the storage space in which they had to put my belongings. They will not tell me where my belongings are without paying, and now I have paid but they still have not told me. They took my belongings hostage. It takes a lot to make me angry, but they succeeded. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Ever.

I've had to move out of state a few times and none of our experiences were good until Easy Road Moving, No joke! Moving is so stressful! FL to MD and back.. They came in packed up everything! I did absolutely nothing and everything went great! The customer service is awesome and so helpful. The workers were professional and really funny and sweet. Change the price from the first day. Hide the information, lack of customer service. NOT TIME WORK. THEY USE DIFFERENT PEOPLE TO CONFUSE THE CUSTOMERS. AFTER THREE DAYS I DO NOT KNOW WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY FURNITURE. NOT ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE OWNER, ADMINISTRATION, AND DELIVERY SERVICES. NOT LOGISTICS AND RESPECT TO THE CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE INSULTING.

Difficult and disorganized communication between everyone involved. Customer service, packers, drivers, dispatch, movers all had wrong information or no information at all. Especially in regards to payment amounts, deposit amounts, estimates as well as payment methods, size of the crew, and time frame for packing and arriving.

This is the worst mover ever. They overcharge, have no customer service, and damage your goods. They fraudulently charged my credit card and I am now having to pursue legal action to not only get them to pay their blackmail charge so I could get my items delivered but to also pay for the extensive damage to our furniture.

Continually changed pricing after picking up and storing our property and holding it as a hostage. Did not setup property like agreed to.

Once they get your furniture loaded they raise the price. Also, they never would return a phone call. I went straight to a voicemail every single time after the pickup. what really ticked me off is when they delivered the furniture they refused to take a credit card as payment. They said they would only take cash, venmo, cash app or zelle. The entire time I talked with customer service prior to pickup there was no problem taking a credit card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Terrible. The first person that I signed my contract with quoted me a price but the next person that I spoke with said the original quote was not done correctly and it costs double what was quoted. Then the 3rd person quoted me even more 4 x the original quote. The movers broke some of my items and when I tried to put in a claim they did not respond to my phone calls. I will not recommend Easy Road Moving to anyone and would not be using them again.

My move agreement was with Capital City Movers which outsourced the move to Easy Road movers. They did not stick to move schedule, very unprofessional. They threw things in boxes unwrapped from different areas of the house. No boxes were labeled. They labeled container lids and stuck them in boxes with other things but left packed containers behind. List of items moved were mot legible and randomly stuck counting labels on anything. Previous items were returned broken. Filing a claim was impossible because they outsource that allowing only 10MB to total upload all forms for pickup, delivery and photos of damaged items. Their contract states 3% for use of credit card and they charged me 5% which I had to pay because they would hold my furniture hostage. This is not a moving company with trained movers. They must have used anyone that needed money on the day of the scheduled move. I have over $1,800.00 of damage that I can not receive compensation for because of the claim system they use. They should be removed from your selection of qualified, insured movers because it does not apply to them. I am also going to file a complaint with the BBB for Capital City and Easy Road Movers. That was a move from Hell and I was trapped until I paid all that the asked for which was about $5,000.00 move than the estimate given to move from GA to Fl. So disappointed in this move.

They gave an estimate and then it was a lot more expensive than they said they would be. Seemed in a hurry and rush to deliver and get out of here because they had to go to Miami. They took things that I told them to leave and grabbed whatever they wanted to. The value of what I received was awful.
