"I was surprised to see all the good ratings as I had bad experiences with this company.. They installed the furnace and AC. This summer the AC stopped working, I called and a worker came and replaced the refrigerant which let the AC work for 24 hours before it stopped again. I called again and two workers showed up and looked around and fixed the AC. On the first trip the worker thought it would be covered by warranty since they Donner installed the systems. The workers were good but the office were crooks. They charged me $974.01 for the first trip where the worker spent 15-20 minutes to add refrigerator fluid which only let the AC work for one day. I called again and they sent two workers that did some investigation and did some repairs. I was charged $1215.09 for the second call. The office never sent me an invoice that stated the number of work hours, the cost for the labor, the listed or cost of materials used. It looked like the office just pulled numbers out of a hat. "

Concrete pools are very durable but can crack if not properly maintained. The most significant risk is winter weather and low temperatures when water can seep into crevices and freeze. There’s no legal requirement that states that you need rebar in a concrete driveway, but since the slab will be supporting heavy vehicle loads, it’s always a good idea to pay a bit more for rebar reinforcement. Driveways that need to support commercial vehicles or provide parking for multiple vehicles at once should always include rebar reinforcement. If you’re pouring concrete over asphalt or pouring concrete over an existing slab, you may not have enough depth for rebar, meaning an increased risk of cracking.

You can dry pour concrete over existing concrete, but it’s best to use wet pour concrete instead. Dry pour concrete is easier to apply, but in order for new concrete to adhere to old concrete, it needs the right mixture for slow, uniform curing. Additionally, dry pour concrete is less durable and less resistant to cracking and concrete sinking, so dry pouring over an existing slab may result in surface imperfections appearing prematurely.
