When I was billed for $200 more than I paid 2 years ago I was shocked and felt price-gouged. I did speak with a company representative, who explained that the workers are paid a fair wage (I agree this is important), the products used are of good quality and expensive, and that the bill included inflation-related business expenses. I could have accepted a $100 increase, but a $200 increase for a modest home seems excessive, especially when the receipt was not itemized. "So the job started because I had a water leak in my garage which was underneath my hot water heater so they had to rip out the door and replace all the plywood underneath my water heater because it it was soaked in water was dripping everywhere. So at the leak was found they removed all of the damaged sheet rock in their remove the doors to my water heater and my furnace then they use their blowers to dry the area out the used dehumidifier. They were fair they were honest on how long it would take to complete the job in they did a excellent job with cleaning all the mess in Hollywood it away and cleaning up the areas where they were.I would hire them to do any other jobs list Siri at my home because of their professionalism and honesty.

"Jerry stripped and resealed a very old saltillo tile floor. He also took down the old 4 x 4 Mexican tile off the wall and installed new Mexican tile for the baseboard on the wall and around the bottom of a kiva fireplace. Everything looked beautiful after he completed the job. They were on time, friendly. professional and cleaned up when they were done. They definitely take pride in their work. I would highly recommend this company.
