"I had a pretty specific vision for a remodel to our kitchen and Alan did a fantastic job executing it. They removed part of a wall, added a new counter and replaced the rest, and put up a ton of new cabinets. We love our new kitchen and are very happy with the quality of their work as well as the price."

"It went great. Sean and his team were very professional. I needed to add something to the project and Sean included it smoothly along with the rest of the bathroom renovation. I would definitely hire Sean for all my indoor and outdoor projects."

"Henry did an excellent job with my roof that was damaged during a severe hail storm. Everything from the initial quote to the completion of the project was done exactly as he had promised. He’s very punctual and communicated with us each step of the way. He also finished the job right on time which was rarely the case in other contractors I had hired previously. I also hired him a second time to redo my fireplace and he also did an excellent job. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make his clients happy. Highly recommended!!!"

Modular and Mobile Home Remodel questions, answered by experts

While you might not need to put lights and outlets on separate circuits, some local codes may require that you use separate circuits. Installing a separate circuit helps prevent total darkness in your home when your receptacle outlets take on too much power and blow a fuse or trip the breaker. It also costs less and is easier to simply install a new circuit.

The American Wire Gauge system calculates wire size diameters using the complicated formula D(AWG)=.005·92((36-AWG)/39) inch. A simpler rule of thumb is that every six-gauge decrease doubles the wire diameter, and every three-gauge decrease doubles the wire’s cross-sectional area. On the other hand, wavenumbers are typically measured in reciprocal meters (1/m or m−1) or reciprocal centimeters (1/cm or cm−1).

A good estimate for wiring a house is to use one foot of wire per square foot of living space. However, this does not account for any detached structures like a garage or shed, which require additional wiring. It's always best to consult with a licensed electrician who can provide a more accurate estimate for the amount of wire you'll need for your home based on its unique features and electrical requirements.

In most cases, walls don’t have to be removed to rewire a house. Much of the new wiring can be run through attics and crawlspaces, and then electricians often use a tool called fish tape to pull the cables through the walls via cut access points that can be easily patched up without requiring any major demo work.

Yes, professional installation services typically include proper electrical wiring and plumbing setup to ensure safe operation and continuous water circulation.
