Found this guy on Angie's list with excellent ratings. Called and left a message. His voicemail said he was unavailable today, but he called me anyway after a couple of hours and got to my house just before 5 PM. Snaked the drain and cleared the blockage. I asked him about reinstalling the toilet I'd taken off so it wouldn't leak, but since I hadn't asked him about it earlier he didn't have the wax ring. He came in and reinstalled the bolts in the floor and explained to me how to finish the job after I get a wax ring.
Overall I am delighted with this service. Very reasonable charge... I live out in Waterflow and he didn't charge extra to come all the way out here. I don't know if it's standard to give tips to plumbers, but I tipped him.
If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable guy who will get it done for you, this is your man.

"The service went very well.  I called and asked if a plumber could come and change our expansion tank off of our hot water heater and was told that the plumber would be there between 1 and 3.  About 15 minutes before 1, the plumber called and asked if he could come by. 
The service at the house went well and he used buckets and towels to make sure he didn't spill water everywhere.  The water that did drip on our garage floor was cleaned up before he left. 
They accept credit cards and are very professional, I'd use them again!

"I had signed up for the ?$199 Roof Maintenance Package for Santa Fe County? and was very pleased with the outcome.  My main area of concern had been a slow dripping from the ceiling area near the fireplace noticed after the recent snow falls.    Kevin McPartlon?s many  years of experience in roofing was what was needed--he fixed the  several problem areas I had pointed out,   as well as some other problem areas that needed attention.     He provided an overall l assessment of the roof?s condition
(which with my roof was very positive)   and made some legitimate suggestions for future improvement.    He showed me photos he had taken of the  areas he had fixed,  a canales , and an old TV mount.   ( His trained eye found an old TV mount, flush to the roof,   that would lead to a leak  if not taken care of.)      I look forward to having him back for for future work.
