"I hired them to build a brick sidewalk with bricks that I had from a previous sidewalk. Overall the sidewalk looks good except instead of a gradual slope there is a low spot that puddles when it rains or the sprinklers are run. After agreeing on the additional bricks I knew I needed I purchased the additional bricks Then they told me I needed 21 more. These were never used and I still have them. They didn’t clean up the site well. There’s small piles of sand that were left."

Yes, it’s generally a very good idea to seal your deck after pressure washing. Power washing removes dirt and debris, but also a thin layer of wood. The best temperature to paint a pool deck is between 50 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit, because many paints and sealers require temperatures warm enough for the chemical reaction to take place for proper curing. The paint should not be allowed to freeze, and temperatures above 90 degrees can cause the paint to dry too quickly, also preventing the chemical reaction from following through to completion.
