They were came on time and very efficient . They gave me a discount. They did a really good job. The only thing they told me that it will be done in five hours. It took more than 24 hours to dry. I had check to see if the couch was dry. As I look in the cushion of the couch, I had found, napkins, black plastic bag and tissues. Did not leave a good feeling. They put a tarp on the floor and did the cleaning on top. The surface of my floor look mottled.

I have used NM Chem-Dry many times. They are truly professional, punctual, and do a great job! The carpet is not soaked, and dries quickly. I will continue to use them in the future.

It took over 40 minutes to get started and it only took 20 minutes to complete then clean up. When I called it you told be it would be around $200 and it would be 2 to dry. Then when he came he told me had had three choices and it would take 3-5 hours. Left chemicals on our sidewalk and driveway. Not happy and this will be the last time for them. Also we had move all the furniture.

Rep was punctual, took care not to damage walls and did a good job. Carpets did dry faster than steam cleaning which is what I was looking for. Disappointed in the price. When I called I asked how much would 1,250 sq.feet cost, quoted $290-310. I normally pay $225 for steam cleaning. I read the reviews and that price sounded in line. The rep measured the area and said is was 1,178 sq ft. The cost for a basic package was $471, value package $588 and Healthy home $689. I asked for Angie's list 10% discount, price total was $457.45 including tax. I would have opted out at that point, but had all the furniture in the garage. Lastly, after he left I noted the vehicle left a 5" oil puddle on my cement driveway.

They showed up on time cleaned and scotch-guarded the carpets. It is working out well. It was close to 2200 square feet...thus the cost.

This is the second time I’ve used Chem-Dry. They price competitively, offer great professional/friendly service, and great results. I needed them during a pretty tight window of opportunity and they showed up on time and got the work done within the time allotted. The tech was punctual and diligent and fastidious. He doubled back a few times to make sure all the spots were cleaned. If I was going to dock them any ratings it would be for their misguiding discount listed here on Angies List. The discount only applies if your work exceeds a minimum $$requirement. They wouldn’t tell me ahead of time whether or not it could be applied and only after the tech assessed the job was I told that the job didn’t meet their limit. Not cool. However in a world where businesses can barely stay afloat for any number of reasons, i’m Not going to nickel and dime Chem-Dry. They did what they said VERY WELL and the price paid was reasonable and results met expectations. If I was going to criticize them it would be the wording and lack of fine print on that coupon. Chem-Dry! Don’t make your customers feel like SUCKERS. I can imagine a nit-picky penny-pincher telling a tech to get the **** out of their house for not honoring the discount. Fortunately i have self respect and the dire need to have clean carpets, so this story more or less has a happy ending.

I recently purchased a home and had expected to have to replace the soiled carpet. I had heard that Chem Dry of Albuquerque used a different cleaning process that produced exceptional results. Although, Chem Dry was by far more expensive than the others I figured if they were able to get the carpets cleaned it would far outweigh the expense of replacing flooring. I was not disappointed. I was amazed at how clean the carpet came out. I was told that some stains could reappear but it had been almost a month and the stains have NOT come back. I would highly recommend Chem Dry and suggest that the while the price is higher the results are worth the difference in cost!

It was good. They did fine. They were prompt. The price was right. They seemed quite professional. They came in, did the job, got out in a fast and timely order. I think I would use them again.

They sent one guy out to do the job. It was the date they said they would come out so he was on time. It was just a week after the whole thing. He came shortly after I got the Deal. I called and told them a couple of dates and they could come the earliest one. He came and did a decent job. The only problem was, there was a long corridor/hallway, which had...unfortunately in my case I have cats and they had spit up a few place so there were some spots. He couldn't quite get those out. I didn't expect him to be perfection about it. He did an adequate job. The one thing that was not quite up to par was that one hallway. I can't really blame him for that. It's very hard to clean up old stains. But the rest of the house looked nice when he was done. He was very pleasant, business-like and professional. I thought it was a reasonable price for what he accomplished. He used pet friendly materials. I was worried about Chem-Dry being highly chemical but their chemicals they use are pet friendly. So that's why I agreed to do it. I usually get some kind of feedback from them. It seemed reasonable to me. On the price, I thought that was very good. He did his best and he had a difficult challenge here.
