"If you are looking to buy or sell in the Albuquerque / Rio Rancho area, then I would highly recommend Kevin as your realtor. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable about the areas, school districts, park locations, etc. We flew in from out of state for a 1-1/2 day house hunting trip and we toured close to 20 properties and stayed on schedule the whole time. Kevin was very organized with scheduling the tours, having packets already printed of each property, and really exceeded our expectations.
