I couldn't recommend Andrew any more. My fiancé and I came to Andrew looking to buy our new home and he was 100% responsive and helpful from the get-go. As fate would have it, we found the home we had been searching for while Andrew happened to be at a work conference out-of-town. We had a momentary worry that he would be unavailable to help us make an offer since he was gone, but we were very wrong. Andrew jumped right to it and got everything done for us remotely within a couple of hours. He is a truly hard working and kind man that saw this process through until the very end. I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience with Andrew was! He is responsive, knowledgeable, kind, and very hardworking. He answered all of our emails, texts, etc. in a super timely manner. Overall, the process went very well. I had an old house in the North Valley that had been a rental property for a number of years. My wife and I had relocated to California about 10 years ago. Bryan helped coordinate the sale and what needed to be done in order to sell it. He was very pleasant and professional.Bryan Templeton and his team did an excellent job! My wife and I met Bryan at an open house. We wanted to buy a home but we didn't think we were in any way financially ready. We expressed this to Bryan when we first met and he offered to meet with us just to talk about what our goals should be so that someday we could know when we were ready to buy. Later we met again and he went into depth about all our options in regards to types of mortgages, and went into detail about the whole process of buying. We felt no pressure, merely that Bryan wanted to help inform us of the whole process. After talking we realized we could buy a home. Bryan set up a number of viewings for houses in our price range , and he spent the better part of his weekend driving us from place to place to look at houses. Some that we picked out and some that he though might be of interest to us based on what we told him we were looking for. Bryan met with us several times in the following weeks to look at more houses. Once we decided on a home, Bryan got the paperwork to us that evening to sign. Bryan worked to get us best offer possible, pointed out things that we overlooked when looking at house that could cause future problems. Through the whole process Bryan worked to get us information as fast as possible, and to make sure that we understood fully everything that was going on--this included but was not limited to making time to call and us when we were not at work and providing recommendations for tradespeople after we closed. We would absolutely work with Bryan again--he made the home buying process stress-free and enjoyable.

Bryan represented us recently in purchasing a home next to UNM. He was just the sort of agent that we were looking for, offering advice when asked, but generally letting us figure out what house worked best for us. He was always very well prepared when we would visit a house, with comps and school info in hand. During the negotiation, he kept his cool, and navigated the process well, in my opinion. We were able to lower the home price some, and get a seller credit. And since moving in, he's continued to be there for us by helping us find local movers and contractors. Overall, we're extremely glad that we hired Bryan.

Working with Chris Schlavin from the Templeton team was an excellent experience. This was the first home my husband and I have purchased, and Chris made sure to keep us completely informed through the entire process. He really listened to what we wanted and even made time to show us homes on very short notice. My husband and I couldn't afford a very expensive home, so it took us quite some time to find the right one, but Chris was super patient with us and never pushed us to get a home we didn't completely love (unlike some other Realtors we've worked with in the past). My husband and I both felt like Chris really cared about helping us find a home we'd be happy in, regardless of how long it took. He even kept in touch with us after the home purchase to see if he could help us with anything else. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

I worked with Chris when going through the process of buying my first home. Chris was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He always put my interests first, was not pushy to close a deal, and is extremely helpful in educating me in what to look for in a house (ex: what are true traps/pitfalls to watch out for vs. what is easily fixable). Chris has worked both sides of the agent process (buyer's agent and seller's agent) so he has a good understanding of the negotiating space and what the technical lingo really is communicating from the 'other side' during the negotiation/objection process. I would definitely recommend Chris as a real estate agent. He always made himself available to help meet my needs during the buying process and treated me as a real person instead of a project.

Selling my home went very smoothly. And he sold it in ONE DAY in a not so high selling area. I also made a decent profit on it; which was very surprising. I didn't have to do anything but sign. Chris Shlavin did everything, found various bids for certain work that needed to be done and found me the lowest price for all repairs. He's very knowledge about many areas for EVERYTHING you need for a home sale and purchase another. He had lots of ideas that turned out to be very valuable. I got a good feeling from him from the beginning. He is very honest, very kind and is someone you can trust. I will recommend him to everyone. You will not go wrong with this guy!!

My wife and I recently bought our first home through the Templeton Real Estate Team.

First, we met up with David and Josh to discuss what we were looking for in a home and what our future plans are. We really appreciated the time David spent to understand our goals and dreams because we thought this enabled him to provide insight that was tailored to us and helped the process feel a little more personal. Specifically, we really appreciated David's experience which enabled him to offer guidance on resale value and rental potential for the properties we were looking at. We also really appreciated his knowledge of the Albuquerque area (we're new to the area).

But David and Josh's help went far beyond just finding the right house. I felt David provided value throughout the negotiation, helping us understand the inspection and appraisals, as well as providing recommendations for inspectors and a loan officers, all of whom we were thrilled with. This provider gave us the most quality support in buying a new home in a new state.  We basically went through 4 homes and multiple contracts before our purchase.  It took more that 6 months.  In that time, not once did this provider lose patience or quality of support.  In fact, I think we would have given up be it not for his diligence and care.  We are so thankful.

The final sale of the home satisfied my obligations as an owner. They worked through a very difficult financing process with the buyers and buyers agent, negotiated successfully on my behalf, and kept me in a positive frame of mind throughout. I had worked with other realtors in the past and was not able to sell this home at a fair price. I believe that their expertise, confidence, and marketing skills mad all the difference in realizing a successful conclusion.
