Scheduled an appointment in a timely manner. When we arrived, Paul was expecting us, and explained what they were going to do, and how long they expected the service to take. Car was ready on-schedule and price was as quoted. No surprises.

They have consistently sent me home with the incorrect parts, and I live 40 minutes away. They have blamed me for any problems that have come up. They are not accountable at all for their actions and I'm tired of dealing with them. He has told me he'd add me to a warranty account several times, but he never did. I gave him several receipts to add to that account but he has not kept them so he cannot look that information up.

He doesn't charge very much. He gives us a break because we have used him so much. He is just a real nice guy. He has got nice people working for him. They are courteous and try to get things done in a reasonable amount of time if he doesn't have to order parts or something like that.
