"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."
"The provider had a lot of important info regarding what to look for when buying furniture & how to clean. Everything turned out clean & beautiful. I will definitely use them again. "
"The car was pretty dirty to begin with, and then an entire gallon of hot apple cider spilled inside...all over the front and back seats (fabric) and floors, mats, doors...even in the folds of the stick shift cover. It was too extensive for me to clean, so I searched Angie's List for a car detailed. Meanwhile, I had six towels covering the entire inside of the car so I could drive and others could sit without sticking to the seats! Complete Mobile had good grades on Angie's List, and I liked the fact that they would come to my office, so I called them first thing Monday morning. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to adjust their schedule and come to my workplace that same day. Adam and his associate spent almost 4 hours on the car (I also had them rejuvenate the headlights) and the result was amazing! While I was working inside, they completely overhauled the inside of the car and restored the headlights so they looked brand new. (They also washed the outside of the car as a courtesy, which was greatly appreciated!) I was extremely impressed with both the professionalism and experience this company showed and will definitely use them again. Highly recommended! "

Steam and vinegar are excellent cleaners, but it’s best not to put vinegar in your steam cleaner unless explicitly approved by the manufacturer. If you don’t dilute the vinegar properly, it can damage the steam cleaner, and using a non-approved cleaning solution in the machine can void the manufacturer’s warranty.
Black stains appear on wood furniture when the surface comes in contact with water and metal for an extended time. It creates a chemical reaction that stains your wood black. Products that contain oxalic acid can remove these stains. Its bleach-like qualities can reverse the stains after a few rounds of application.
If you don't clean your mattress, it can become host to thousands of dust mites. These microscopic critters commonly cause indoor allergies in the U.S. An uncleaned mattress can also take on foul odors, stains, pet dander, and bacteria. Mattress cleaning removes these contaminants and creates a fresher, more hygienic sleeping environment.
Use similar methods to get old stains out of couches as you would new ones. Determine the appropriate cleaning solution based on the tag. However, you may need to let the cleaner sit longer than you would with a new stain or make several passes at the stain. Contact a professional upholstery cleaner for guidance if the stain does not budge.
Upholstery seems easy to clean in theory, but it gets complicated when you consider how many cleaning designations there are for different kinds of fabrics. While some couches can handle a liquid cleaner, others require foam cleaners, and some should only be cleaned with dry cleaning products to prevent damage. It’s usually best to hire a professional upholstery cleaning service to ensure your couch gets appropriately cleaned and doesn’t get damaged in the process. Professional furniture cleaning is relatively affordable and easier on the wallet than replacing a damaged couch.
