"The job that was performed went exceptionally well. I didn't have a pick-up truck to retrieve the water heater from a local store, he went over to the store and picked it up for me. He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one. I called Affordable Plumbing in the morning and he was right over with in the hour. He hooked up my water line for the evaporative cooler while he was here. The cost was much less than what I had anticipated, a whole lot less. I'm satisfied and thankful. He's upfront with cost and no hidden fees. I would definitely recommend Art Villalobos for plumbing  needs. I will use his services in the future.

"Contractor keep appointment (even though there were 2 or 3 calls expressing confusion about time and day); installed the drywall and cleaned the area.   The drywall installation was not smooth and when textured looked amateurish at best.  Before I could paint I had to sand several areas and apply canned texture-not the most professional look but time was a factor.  the next time the wall is painted will require extensive prep work to make it look professional.
Good things: appointment keep; work was done as explained; no extra charges.
Not so good: Technician was not a drywall guy.

"Fabulous. I sent pictures to Ron Jones, and he immediately assessed what we needed and told me on the phone what they would do. He gave me a date/time and his plumber was there. My husband said the plumber was very professional and knew what he was doing. He had a credit card machine with him, so we paid by credit card. We have at least two other plumbing projects, and this company will get our business. When I spoke to Ron on the phone, he was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. You can't get much better than this! And, the job was completed in a short period of time because they knew what was needed and brought everything with them. (The pictures I sent helped to diagnose the problem -- so I recommend doing that when possible.) Ron told me about how much the work would cost and said it should be less than that. And, it was. "Everything is working to perfection and we even received a phone call from the owner to asks us how his employees had done since we have had two groups over Within the past three weeks. We told him the shower was also working better than it has in the past 30 years and the swamp cooler had no leaks at all.
