"Easy to work with, so far leak seems to have been found. Quality of patching work where roof meets wall was very nice. I hope i dont have to but if needed I'll hire them again."

"Overall went well. They had been out about a month previous and gave good quote ($) It was lowest of 3. They were able to accomodate my time schedule which was a big plus for me. They put some of the logs in my far yard and that was a plus I'd say. They misunderstood one intention and ended up removing a very old and probably ugly to some, grape vine, instead of being careful not to remove. I chalk that up to primary language difference and the two trimmers not communicating that one small request. But overall I'd reccomend them- Just stay with 'em while they do the project if you have any details. Two of my neighbors drove by while they worked and got their #. I would use them again and have a quote for some fall work alrady."

"I hired Bosque Cleaning Service to do yard maintenance and clean up. There was a good amount of work to be done, including removing weeds, leaves, and some various other trash. Their team did an amazing job and was very well priced! They went above and beyond what I was expecting. They were able to get me in last minute right before Thanksgiving. I had so many compliments from guests on how well my yard looked. Definitely recommend and I’ll be using them again in the future!"

Plant Watering questions, answered by experts

The time it takes for thinset to dry is determined by your room’s ambient temperature and humidity levels. Assuming the average humidity level is around 40% with an average temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit, thinset can dry within 48 hours. Lower temperatures and higher humidity can extend the curing process beyond 72 hours, while high heat and zero humidity can shorten the curing process. However, thinset can crack if it dries too fast.

When choosing materials for finishing basement walls, consider factors such as moisture resistance, durability, and fire resistance. Opt for materials specifically designed for basement environments, like moisture-resistant drywall or cement board. Insulation with vapor barriers can help regulate temperature and prevent condensation. Consider using mold-resistant paints or coatings.

Research and consult with experts to select materials that are suitable for your specific basement conditions and intended use. Prioritize quality and compatibility to achieve long-lasting and aesthetically pleasing results.

Technically speaking, you can use drywall primer over plasters. However, oil-based primers work the most effectively on wall plasters. Meanwhile, water-based primers work just as well with drywalls. Nowadays, there are also universal primers suitable for drywall and plaster. Overall, you will be fine as long as you are using a trustworthy brand.

There are several benefits to wet-sanding drywall, but the main perk is that it produces far less dust than dry-sanding. As a result, wet-sanding poses fewer health risks and makes less of a mess in your home. Plus, damp sponges are less abrasive than sandpaper, so there’s a smaller chance of scratching or damaging the drywall paper. Wet-sanding also creates a smoother finish than dry-sanding.

You’ll want to inspect your plaster walls for signs of damage before painting. If you notice soft spots, deep cracks, bubbling, or areas where the plaster is crumbling or pulling away from the wall, it likely needs repair. While small hairline cracks are common and likely cosmetic, you should address larger issues before painting to ensure a quality, smooth finish.
