I do have to say that the work is exceptional. 

I will take some responsibility for not asking more questions.  I have a construction background and many things during the project I could have very well done in prep before the final installation.  Due to circumstances out of my control I should have Drained the Hot Water heater and removed it to a safe location outside for disposal.  This would have saved an significant labor cost.  However, it was also not suggested to me, after having made known to the installers that I was more than capable of helping them.

I am very pleased with the final disposition of this matter and would recommend them to others.
