They asked us what we wanted, and if what they did was okay, so they worked well with us.  They were making openings in the wall, so that they could take all the wires from the computer into the wall, and come down and out of the wall, so that we could plug them down underneath and not have wires all over. I just paid 10 more Dollars for the little covers for the holes in the walls."

Instead of replacing what was damaged like the homeowner was told would happen. The crew left and my call was never returned. UPDATE I only heard back after a I placed my original 1 star review which I placed after a week of holding off. However once they reached out they did fix the problem in a timely manner. It seemed like the issue was with the crew that came out originally and Mr Catanach seemed upset with how things turned out."
