Most of our house burned down and year and a half ago and no one was willing to take on our complicated project, except for two other contractors who abandoned to job and ran off with our money (avoid Desert Sun Builders Paul Williams and GDuran construction ). We finally found Circle Diamond and all of our dreams are coming true. Francisco has a large crew of capable, hardworking, reliable builders, who work fast. You’ll never see your property languishing unattended for weeks with his team. His prices and contract terms are so reasonable. He’s not out to rob you like most contractors in Santa Fe. Lionel is a superb builder as well as an honest businessman. We hired Lionel for a significant construction job on our existing home. Lionel laid out the job in detail, provided a thorough estimate, and came in on budget. Based on that excellent experience, we had him build us a cabin in the mountains. Lionel was an exemplary contractor, laying out the project, establishing both fix prices and allowances based on the component of the job, and stuck to these prices without the shifty add-ons that you get from many contractors.
