"Jim Farrell and North Alabama Technical Services rebuilt my computer and provided me with everything I expected and so much more. He provided the various options in equipment, including specs and pricing, answered all our questions and helped us make the best decision for our purchases. The computer was completed in a few days, far less than expected, the installation included clear directions for use. The package also included a good warranty for the equipment. "Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."

"I called and scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment, the technician (Michael) showed up on time and was very professional. He was able to connect the Xbox to the tv and showed me how to navigate the system so I could play with my son and utilize the parental control features. I was a bit disappointed though in the length of time it took to install the Xbox. It took the entire hour of the discounted rate. Mike said the install of the Xbox was easy but a bit time consuming because of all the setup steps and security verifications. We then moved to the desktop computer to upgrade the memory. He completed that and gave the computer a complete diagnostic check. He removed several viruses and also downloaded some useful anti-virus software. This part of the service also took an hour. Total cost was $210 including the discounted first hour. The second hour was $135.
This is the second time I have used Geek Choice. Overall I find the technicians to be very professional and knowledgeable. I think the price could be a bit cheaper but they are comparable with other computer service companies that I have used.

"I was very impressed with the installer who was sent. He mounted the dish without drilling through my new roof, which might have voided my roof warranty, Also, he mounted the dish in a location where it is easy for me to brush the snow off it in winter. I appreciate his knowledge and thoughtfulness. Also, they didn't charge me to re-install the dish."

"Chip gave me a website for remote assistance. It was easy to use. He examined the wireless connectiions available and recommended the one he thought would work best. The other ones were deleted except for a back up. He explained the connection between the router (hand shake with the wifi) and the tv. After two attempts, the connection was made and has been working flawlessly since. Chip removed some previous names used by other techs for the printer. The printer was renamed, a connection was established. He gave me advice on what to do in the future, if problems developed. I could also call him which I would do without hesitation. Chip was professional and knowledgeable in all aspects. I highly recommend him!

"I like Best Buy for lots of things, but installation of this type isn't one of those reasons. Their price to mount my TV (that I didn't buy from them) was more than I paid for the tv! A friend came over & helped us put it up."
