Wonderful! Beyond our expectations! We hired Advanced American to take over a remodel in progress that had gone very wrong. The professional crew came in, demolished the work in progress and began anew, repairing and installing correctly and professionally. The final outcome is demonstrative of work well done with care and pride. Mr. Chrzanowski and his crew are very professional, fully communicative, friendly and polite. The workmen were always punctual, kept working throughout the day, took care to clean up and work magic with their craft. Greg Gonzales and crew, your a life-saver. After having wind damage I called several roofers and Greg was the only one to call back and actually seemed interested and cared. After talking with Greg he was very helpful and knowledgeable and ended up saving me money. Prior to getting my roof done I developed a small leak and Greg was there to do a quick patch job. I felt like Greg answered all my questions and he is very personable. The crew was hard working and they cleaned up the job site before leaving (I'm amazed at how clean it was, thank you crew). I love my new roof and can’t thank Greg and his crew enough! I will definitely recommend you. Anyone looking for a roofer, call Greg. Thanks guys!

There BBB standing was revoked for not responding to previous customer complaints.

Matt and his team was professional and on time. When he said he would get everything done in a little more then a week I was doubtful...13 windows and 2 doors....But him and his team worked hard and fast and did an awesome job. We're very happy with the results! While on site he even took the time to fix our front door that wasn't closing properly.....no extra charge...just really good client service! Around here a lot of "nicer" houses has wood frame windows but here at over 7000 feet the sun is brutal on them. When Matt told me he used vinyl I was hesitant at first thinking back on what vinyl windows used to look like...but I was very wrong...or just 20 years off. The woodlike finish on his vinyl windows looks great and at a glance you wouldn't even take them for vinyl windows at all. I would definitely hire him and his team again...and I might actually do so for some patio work in the future! (I tried to take some photos but it's hard when it's so bright outside. But at least you get an idea of what it looks like)

White Mountain RoofingI contacted White Mountain Roofing after reading online reviews. Thank Goodness I did! To begin with, Josh showed up to give us a quote when he said he would. In fact, I received a call half hour before he arrived, to let me know he was on his way. He gave me a reasonable quote to do a roof "Tune-up" on my moms cabin in Cloudcroft. He was courteous, informative, and explained what we did and did not need to do. We hired them and they unscrewed every screw in the metal roof and replaced them with bigger screws. They also took care of other issues on the roof to help us keep it maintained. His crew worked all weekend to get the job done. They even waited out a rainstorm and returned to work once it stopped raining! They were very professional and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them!- Christy C.

These guys soon found out this was not a easy task. Our roof needed to be up to code, so they had to rip all old off and start over. Definitely was a up and down process and none of us could've known what it was going to turn into to say the least. Josh and his workers rolled with the punches and inspectors to get us a beautiful new roof that we are so happy with! They were always on time and kept me in the loop the whole time. Advanced American Construction Inc.From the beginning we met George, the owner of Advanced American, and he was courteous and up front about the challenges we faced with this extensive renovation. This is a vacation home and we expressed to George how important it was for us to be able to trust his team to work on unsupervised other than occasional inspections. We felt comfortable with George and his honest assessments and decided to move forward with the project. He is the kind of contractor that will tell you from the beginning how much something will cost and not surprise you later with charges for things that were more complex than expected. He is very frank about what is required and how much it will cost in order to do a quality job. He does not cut corners and would rather not perform the work than do subpar work that will lead to issues in the future. He won't sugar coat the difficulty of the work needed and will not draw you in with a low ball quote only to double it on the backend. He is very knowledgeable home construction overall and his team can really take on almost anything. George always picks up his phone or returns calls as soon as possible. We left many valuable items in the home and ordered many things to be received by his team and not one item went missing or was damaged in the home. He stands behind the work and with minimal supervision completed the project and met all of our expectations. Lon Smith RoofingWe just had our roof replaced in June, 2018 by Lon Smith and we are very pleased with the roof, the quality and the workmanship. Special recognition to Raphael Garcia who came in after the roof was installed to install additional roof vents. He was meticulous. Hollywood Roofing NMThe crew that accomplished the roof portion of the contracted work were exceptional workers, did an outstanding job, very, very pleased. The seamless gutters crew, again did a very good job, again, very pleased, except the post-job cleanup efforts lacked completeness. Nothing that will keep me from recommending them to anyone, I'm including it here so the Hollywood supervisor will know that this small portion of the and quot;guttersand quot; job needs improvement. There was a minor issue between myself and the Hollywood Roofing supervisor that through better communications would have made everything go by a bit more smoothly, but all-in-all, I'm quite happy with my new roof and gutters.- Zeke A.
