"The control panel needed a new battery pack installer did not have. 3eMissed one indoor window needing a sensor, and garage door open sensor is needed. Appt. times are not accurate so allow for extra time ! Low battery alarm beeped once every minute overnight so I lowered volume. Garage door sensor is on backorder. This install may get completed when? Unknown. I could also use 2 more sensors. Our insurance company said that since we have no smoke or fire alarm protection they cannot give us a bigger discount on our homeowners policy. "
