They came back on Saturday to fix a leak by replacing a pop-up. I was very happy with their thoughtfulness and their work."

I'm not a plumbing expert (I can do the small stuff) but what I see looks very well done. They had to go get some parts as my new heater was taller than the old one, but even that was a short delay.
