"Kevin, the owner of KSM, is a good guy to work with. It's obvious he has a lot of experience and is able to think on his feet. He removed a marble tile from our wall and installed new valves. It was a tight workspace and took several hours to get everything where it needed to be. I was able to find some matching marble tile here in town and they cut that to fit the new fixtures. He also spent several hours removing some old moldy caulk from around the perimeter of the tub and redoing it. Very labor intensive but it ended up looking nice. It wasn't cheap but plumbers rarely are. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

"product is good. workers are sloppy. they left screws and sharp snips of tin in our parking area. they did a sloppy install of an air grate. they took a light bulb from a closet (to use in their portable light). I expected someone to come by and inspect their work afterward but that did not happen. I paid for them to replace aging ducts and seal the ducts but after finishing they said the old ducts were fine -- as long as I felt cool air coming out!"

"We bought a coupon on Angie's list for 8 hours of work. We had several lights to install, but one in particular we knew would be a challenge- a large heavy wooden chandelier that we had bought at a specialty shop. The first day he came out, he realized that it would be a project and he would need to figure out a plan to install it as it would require a lot of time and extra parts. True to his word, he came back the next week with a plan that ended up being cheaper and easier than he had originally thought. He took the time to get a replacement part that would match the chandelier even better than what it originally came with, and even painted it to match perfectly. Originally he had thought he would have to cut a hole in the ceiling and we would have to have the sheet rock replaced/repaint, but he came up with a different way of doing it that saved time and money....and it came out beautifully!
