I called two and Schmidt answered immediately and spoke to me in such a professional and courteous manner that I scheduled them to come and do the repair. I was very pleased by the quality of the work, and the genuine customer service as since they finished rather quickly, they also repaired a light that I mentioned wasn't working in my hall.
