Priced similarly to the competition, but with additional capabilities and a general contractor focus, Lobo Construction was top notch. Orlando and his crew were extremely professional, respectful and highly communicative. No surprises and high quality work. In addition to the roof replacement, he facilitated new gutters and full exterior painting for great prices and regularly checked in to be sure that work was being completed well! I plan to keep improving my house and yard using Lobo Construction!

The men that came out to install the gutters worked fervently and got the job done in a quick and efficient manner. Excellent work, competitive prices and honest. I needed some electrical work done, and was worried I would be overcharged, so I requested estimates from several other businesses. Lobo Construction was the only business who walked me through the estimate step by step! When I compared the estimates, Lobo Construction's estimate beat out several of their competitors . They showed up on time, did excellent work, and stuck to the budget. They were extremely professional and given my experience I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to a family member or friend!

Prompt, knowledgeable and affordable

Nothing but 5 stars for Orlando and his crew. I recently upgraded kitchen cabinets. It turned out the installers damaged a wire inside a wall that caused a loss of power to a GFI and two other outlets. The Lobo team came in, quickly located the source of the problem. They had to cut some drywall and run a new wire. They even reinstalled and patched the drywall before they left. I intend to use them for an upcoming flooring project, as well. Great experience and I highly recommend Orlando and Lobo Construction and Electric.
