He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "Bill did an excellent job of filling, sanding, and painting the columns, vigas, and latillas. For the wood under the portal where we wanted to maintain stain, he did a beautiful job of matching the wood and making the filled areas look natural. He also painted our ductwork and other metal components to color match the stucco, repairing the stucco in a few places along the way. Bill is extremely reliable, meticulous in his cleanup, and fairly priced. Our next door neighbors saw Bill's work and hired him for their project."

"Aside from the delay in making an appointment, everything went smoothly.  He arrived exactly on time and cleaned up afterwards. One edge of the drywall did  not hit the stud so he worked with  a leftover piece of wood  I had  to fix that problem.  All other materials were provided by them.  The gap on the adjoining wall (between the wall and the garage door) was also covered.  Overall I was very pleased with the work.
