"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"Went well, definitely happy with the product and quality. Felt like the project took a bit longer than we thought it would, but we knew there was a lot of work to be done. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Thank God for Angie's list!  After years of hiring incompetent people we were very pleased to see that Bill was prompt, informative, knowledgeable and respectful. "Mariano Aragon did a fantastic job of repairing some seriously damaged areas in my kitchen and guest bathroom. After the plumbing repairs were complete both rooms were a disaster area. Mariano came to the rescue, rebuilt all the structural damage and did beautuful refinishing of the plaster and and a masterful job of marrying the new tiles he replaced with the existing tiles that weren’t damaged. I am more than happy with the final results! Mariano was cheerful, thoughtful and completely reliable through out the days of his restoration project for me. I highly recommend him for his excellent, inventive and superior work!"
