"This is my second call to ABC Appliance Repair, and I had the good fortune of not only having service done on the same day, but I also had the same guy - Norman - who repaired our dryer a few months earlier come out to perform the second service. On top of this, he came out to my house one hour after I made the phone call to ABC. Talk about quick, friendly, and professional service, not just nice, but twice!"

"I was surprised at how expensive they are. My dishwasher is leaking, so I was hoping to repair. They came out and spent less than an hour, charged $170 (that could go towards the repair later) and then left to prepare the estimate which came back at $700! For that, I would have skipped the diagnostic in the first place and just ordered a new dishwasher and install. Now we are left to purchase a new dishwasher and out the $170! Pretty high price for a diagnostic visit, and I can?t believe a repair would be that much. Even if we buy a new dishwasher, they said they would charge over $300 to install it, in addition to the original $170. This is a rough lesson to learn to convince me to join a throw away society rather than repair."
