"After hiring a contractor to do an addition on my bathroom which required creating a front wall, attached to the the main front steps, the project went south rapidly (see before pictures attached). I decided to look for a seasoned carpenter exclusively in detailed woodwork, not knowing if there were such a thing. Skeptically, I contacted this company and after interviewing Diego, I was awed by the thorough inspection, and study he conducted of the project he faced. He was knowledgeable in the wood required, color scheme and details needed to meet my wishes. His price was reasonable despite the intricate worked he faced, and accommodating to my time schedule. Diego and Juan (his brother) were extremely polite, fantastic work ethics and very clean. They supperceed my expectations beyond believe (see after pictures) and will definitely hire them for all other intricate indoor wood work needed in my 200 year old home. Highly recommended them, don't look elsewhere!"

"Henry did a fantastic job covering the exterior trim of our house in aluminum. Carpenter bees had really made a mess of it and now it looks brand new. They also replaced the trim around my front door and I like it better than the original woodwork! Henry and his team were professional and cleaned up everything before leaving. "I hired Aztec for major repairs due to termite damage. They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They came in less than 10 days after we contacted them to FINISH the work. First, they evaluated the damage and walked me through the needed repairs which included placing three new steel support beams along with two main horizontal wood beams and several sistered beams. They were able to complete the work, once they started, in three days. At each step, I was informed of progress and there were no surprises (from my end). The work included everything from removing electrical wiring and then replacing it, pouring the new steel vertical support beams, affixing them solidly into my concrete floor, and then pacing the numerous horizontal beams. I could not recommend AZtec (and Greg!) more."

"Summary: Tony Martin runs a top-notch company. Clean. Respectful. Detailed. Punctual. Clear and prompt communication. Excellent finished result. The details:Just a few hours before I had to leave on a flight out of the country, I discovered that my water heater was leaking when water was coming up through the seams of my laminate flooring. I only had time to turn off the main water shut off valve and the circuit breaker before heading off to the airport. Once I reached my destination, I did some research on Angie’s List hoping to find a good one-stop-shop company who could take care of both the mold/water remediation and the reconstruction… I was lucky to have found AW Martin who exceeded my expectations. I contacted AW Martin after hours and reached an answering service. Tony Martin returned our call within minutes. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He explained that he would deal directly with my insurance company so I wouldn’t have to while on vacation. Within a couple hours he and his crew began working on the mold/water remediation portion. My dad relayed to me that they worked until 2 am and that they were extremely careful when moving my fine china from the sideboard into the dry kitchen. They protected all of my large furniture with plastic sheeting and floor protectors. They also used plastic to wall off the upstairs and my kitchen to prevent the dust from traveling too much. They ripped up all the wet flooring and drywall as well as scrubbed the mold and sprayed. They brought in industrial blowers to dry out the house. The next day they returned to the house and Tony met with my insurance adjustor to review the damage and discuss numbers. He was able to agree upon a number so that I didn’t have to worry about that while I was on vacation. I was able to witness the care and attention to detail firsthand during the rebuild process. Christian, Chris and Olger were polite and a pleasure to deal with. Christian always answered my phone calls and was able to answer any of my questions or concerns. He was the one that suggested the upgraded baseboards and it has made such a difference. His team’s wall prep and paint job was meticulous; no paint drips or messy edges. I did a couple of upgrades with the flooring, the recessed lights, and the baseboard where I had to pay more than what insurance covered… but the end result was well worth it. I would not hesitate to hire them again. I will recommend them to my friends and family."
