"My initial review was somewhat marginal, but now several years later I will say that the reinforcement has been perfect, and they did eventually provide the engineered drawings that were promised shortly after the project completion. Only hitch was with the length of the steel, which they did correct by welding on tabs to each end. Ultimately it was a good job and completed in one day. In our main bathroom, he installed a new tile floor, ship lap looking 6" X 18" tiles on the walls, a new ceiling, a new sink top, and a frame-less glass shower/tub enclosure. He did this over a two week period with little disruption to our daily lives. Hr helped us select the materials, picked them up at the Home Depot, and returned the excess. He worked alone in the house each day and was usually gone by the time we arrived home, Whats important here is that he started the job and finished the job on time as promised.
