"I used this company twice for spring cleanup which was ok (although his prices fluctuated ALOT and seemed to be thought of on the spot). However it was when I hired them to do routine lawn maintenance through the summer it went downhill. During the first service they mowed over my rose bush. During the third service they mowed over the second rose bush. I asked for weed killer during one of the Maintinence visits and they said they applied it but the weeds were back 3 days later. The day I fired them was when I asked them to trim two small shrubs in the front of my house (because they don?t do this during regular maintenance) and they wanted to charge me double what I already paying for lawn Maintinence do trim the bushes. It was wildly overpriced and again it seemed like he just made up a number to see if I?d pay because I?m usually open but I?m not open to being taken advantage of. In the end I ended up with more weeds than I started with, two dead rose bushes. it was not worth it."

"I needed a huge tree that was dying removed. It was an oak and was so huge it could take out my house and my two neighbors. nature service came and had it done in a couple the hours. They were amazing. They were extremely professional. They had all the equipment needed. the only thing left was the stump. The price was the best price I found . I was extremely happy! "

"I hired Top of the Line to do snow & ice removal for my entire property which entailed a full length driveway, front porch, backyard, deck & full patio plus the sidewalk. I contacted them almost a week after the recent big snow storm that left 2 feet plus the added snowfalll a few days after which added another 6" on top. The wait complicated conditions by adding a thick layer of ice on top of the snow mounds plus a layer underneath on the ground. I could barely move in my backyard with the amount of snow & dreaded even going outside when it all turned to ice. It was a difficult & challenging job that they made look easy. Matt & Alex were diligent, extremely hardworking & very professional. Plus, they're respectful, polite & friendly. These gentleman worked really hard not cutting corners but got everything done so quickly. They were very thorough & meticulous, cleared everything, took it all right down to the blacktop plus salted literally everywhere. They did an excellent job that exceeded my expectations. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Matt & Alex. They came to my rescue & saved me a lot of aggravation. I will definitely be using Top of the Line Lawn, Landscaping & Property Mgmt again & in the future for all my property maintenance needs. I would highly recommend them. Oh, and their prices are very reasonable, to say the least. I'm a happy satisfied customer."

"The tree was removed but the experience was not pleasant. On the day before the tree removal, the USAF person said if I wanted them to take away the debris, they would charge more. If they left them along the curb, there would be no extra charge. So I asked them to leave the debris along the curb. However, township refused to collect the debris because the trunk diameter is bigger than 6". I then contacted USAF, asking them why they didn't cut the trunk into smaller ones. The same USAF person said, "sorry, we can't change the diameter of the tree". While I didn't know the township regulation, I assumed they as professionals should know it. If township doesn't collect the debris, why leave them there? In sum, my experience w/ USAF is that other than money, they have very low (if any) interest in customer experience. I am giving them a D because of their poor customer service."

" The original project turned into an emergency project because of a storm that brought down two huge trees. Sage handled the removal of the debris of the fallen limbs and removed the trees. We were impressed with the crew. We will be contacting them for the original project in the near future. They left a very good impression. "
