They were nice, but it was a long time between giving them the green light for the work and actually getting them over to do it. Once done, it was fine.

Price was competitive. There was come miscommunication when the details of the project were discussed and we didn't get exactly what we wanted trimming-wise of some trees. They came back out to try to fix it but still didn't quite do what we wanted. Work was not bad and the did a decent job cleaning up, ut certainly not perfect. Communication could have used some work.

The project was in two parts. The 1st and priority was dangerous hanging storm damage-because of the danger they came within three business days and did all the work on the 1st part of the project. the balance will be completed in a couple of days and requires the use of a bobcat to remove debris from the equiv. of 4 large trees (multiple trunked) swamp maple after it is cut in sections and roped down. Difficult access, 375 feet into the property and they can not get the big equip. under the other trees to get back there. At least another full day, maybe two to take that tree down and remove it-est. 20yd. roll off will be filled with wood

the man who came over was really nice, professional and knew his business well. The only problem I had with the service was that, after the initial consultation, it took a week to get back to do the work. I also had to call after a week to see what was up. Having said that, the man had warned me that they were really busy because of the big storm we had had and they were prioritizing jobs. Mine was low priority and they had to take care of the trees that had fallen on houses first. I totally understood that, but I would have appreciated a call, sometime in the middle of that week to let me know when they would be coming though.
