"Was quoted $350 to simply reattach a garbage disposal to the bracket under the sink. Otherwise $687 for a new $100 disposal from Lowe's. Sadly I was not home and my mom (a senior citizen) agreed to the new disposal. By the time I got back from Wawa the new disposal was on. So basically $600 install for under an hour of work... including discussion on cost. Simole connect to PVC, and rubber pipe which was already installed. What a freaking rip off. Do not use this company"

Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"
