"This vendor engages in deceitful business practices so this is a warning to anyone considering using him. We paid him to do an in-ground pool renovation which included replastering and tile installation. The job included brushing, vacuuming, and balancing the pool water after the plastering which was not done. Despite SGM guidelines specifically stating what has to be done the first 3 days after plastering, to include water balancing and daily brushing for the first 2 weeks, this vendor (who is SGM certified) insisted that it was not required and it was not his protocol. When we pointed out that his price included the water balancing he said that it is the homeowner's responsibility to brush and balance the pool after plastering, then he stopped responding to our messages. We requested a copy of the Diamond Brite warranty and details about the pool tiles to include the manufacturer, tile color etc. and we have received nothing. https://www.yelp.com/biz/pool-professionals-paramus-2#reviews"
