"Franklyn C. was very professional and friendly. It is clear he takes a lot of pride in his work. He made sure the print was perfectly centered top to bottom and left to right on the wall. He also cut part of the bottom of the radiator cover so it would fit over the molding and be flush with the wall. We look forward to working with him again."

"I would hire Nicopal Construction again in a heartbeat! They did a fantastic job renovating it since it was destroyed by Hurricane Ida back in 2021. Whatever the highest rating is add 2 to it!"

"Jorge and his team were awesome from start to finish. I reached out to them for a company to frame and drywall my basement remodel, but after meeting with Jorge I knew the could handle the entire job from demo to finish. Jorge was great to work with and his team was great as well. Jorge can handle any project that your home may need. Highly recommend this company."

"If you are looking for an excellent contractor who is talented, professional, clean and ethical, look no further. Zoran is the real deal. I hired Zoran for my bathroom remodel and i could not be happier with the outcome. If he tells you that he is going to do something he delivers. He is also won't leave the job until it is done perfectly. i have already hired Zoran for another project and will use him for additional projects in the future. It is very difficult to find someone like Zoran, thank you Homeadvisor for listing his company on your website. Thank you Zoran going above and beyond"

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Hiring a professional to do a loft conversion will certainly speed up the process. The construction steps required to change the slope of the roof can be quite difficult to do as a DIY job. Should the project run into any snags, like rot in the joists, frayed wiring, or roof leaks, hiring a local home remodeling professional makes it far easier to handle these issues safely.

Yes, professionals can offer design advice and material selections that complement existing architecture.

Builder-grade is one of two types of stock cabinets, whereas semi-custom designs allow homeowners some control over the color, finish, or hardware on their cabinets. Stock cabinets are sold in construction-grade and builder-grade designs. Construction-grade cabinets are usually made from inexpensive medium-density fiberboard, which is prone to moisture damage, whereas builder-grade models are a step up with higher-quality materials. Construction-grade designs are the most common type of cabinets in America.

A split-level home is one that has several staggered floors connected by short staircases, while a split floor plan separates the primary bedroom from the rest of the bedrooms. Split floor plans are most often found in single-story homes, while split-level homes are always at least two stories.

Most towns and cities have regulations regarding sign dimensions for businesses. If you're opening a new business, contact the town or city's local zoning board to see the specifications you need to follow when getting your sign created. There may also be rules regarding how high your sign can sit. Be sure to learn about specifications before having your sign made. Sign companies generally won't offer refunds once custom signs have been fabricated.
