"I hired American Way Landscaping to repair my gabion wall that the light weight rocks all washed off of and instal a staircase over the rocks so that we can get to the water. I added a gate to the steps as an after thought to keep my neighbors young kids safe and block access to the water and sand. These guys are THE BEST contractors that I have ever had!!!! Jesus really listens to your project requests that you want done and gives you all the options that you have. He shows you digital images, so you get a better idea what your finish project will look like too. "It looks fantastic. The old tile was cracked and uneven and some of the tiles were loosening. They got the job done in one day and it looks like a brand new shower now. Ed was my main contact and he was extremely responsive to all me questions throughout the process and very patient and professional. The price was very reasonable and it was the best, most cost efficient option for me. It was much cheaper than knocking down the tile and walls underneath and putting up new tile and it looks just as good as if that was done. This is an excellent option if you have an old bathroom and old shabby looking tile and do not wish to do major construction work. They even cut the tile so that it went snuggly around the window in the shower. Well done guys!!"

They came to cut down one tree as I had the $249 for 400 worth of tree service I believe it was. However, I got an estimate for another very big tall tree that the tip had already cracked and broken off during a storm. It was a disaster waiting to happen, they gave a very good price for the, and suggested I clear the entire area. The best part was when they were done the replace wood retainers that the previous owners must have removed and never replaced. The filled the area with the wood chips from the job and lined the area with the wood retainers along the perimeter. That was above and beyond and I feel that I got a good job for a good price.

The only issue I had was that they told that putting the wood chips down it would smoother the unwanted growth and kill it, which is why I allowed the wood chips. However, that was not the case it started growing back. If I knew I would not have allowed the wood chips until the growth was treated to be killed. As it is right now my lawn guy will no longer mow the growth as he use to because of the unsettled wood chips that the growth is in. I have to figure out what to do now.
