Small jobs welcome

"Fabulous work. Mike cleaned and re-grouted our walk-in shower and treated the tile floor for a no-slip finish. Additionally, Mike cleaned and re caulked the entire shower and a bathtub in our second bathroom. HIs work was perfect and my shower looked great when it was done. Mike responded to my call the same day and he came out and looked at the work I needed and gave me an estimate that I found very reasonable. Mike was punctual and notified me by phone for his time of arrival on the days we scheduled for the work to be competed. I highly recommend Gout Geek (Mike) for any grout or caulking needs that you have."

Floor Cleaning and Waxing questions, answered by experts

To properly maintain natural stone surfaces, use pH-neutral cleaners for regular cleaning and avoid acidic substances that can cause damage or etching. It is also important to reseal the surfaces periodically, especially for porous stones, to protect the finish, maintain appearance, and ensure longevity.

Using too much soap or floor cleaner can leave your laminate floors looking dirty or cloudy after mopping. Only use a teaspoon of soap or cleaning solution in a gallon of water. Additionally, always be sure to sweep or vacuum laminate floors before mopping to ensure you pick up dried grit, hair, and dust that can be harder to catch with a wet mop.

Yes. Baking soda and vinegar—when diluted with water—are safe to use to clean sticky laminate floors.

Post-construction cleaning services typically include debris removal, dusting, vacuuming, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, window cleaning, and floor polishing. Depending on the scope, services may also extend to duct cleaning and general interior cleaning.

Yes, a magic eraser can remove candle wax. You can use it to remove all the candle wax from start to finish. Another option is to remove all large clumps with a dull knife and then pull out your magic eraser to finish the job. However, while the results can be impressive, a magic eraser shouldn’t be used on all surfaces since it can potentially damage them. If you try this method, test a small, hidden spot first and proceed cautiously.
