He had to break up the concrete, cut out the old flange and replace. He patched the concrete and put the bathroom back to where it was. He took the time to explain the issues and showed me the actual root before he pulled it out as much as he could. A wonderful, knowledgeable, hardworking and p lo peasant young man. He is now our plumbing go-to guy going forward. Highly recommended!"
