We’ve been using Palmasano Plumbing exclusively for our plumbing needs for the past 10 years. We’ve called Dave out for all types of miscellaneous jobs and he always takes great care of us - with quick responses, high quality service, at a very fair price.

This was my first time using Palmasano Plumbing, and I was vey pleased. He responded quickly, came when he said he would, patiently answered all my questions, and did quality work.

I have been using Palmasano for years and have never had a bad experience. Always responsive, always a fair price, and always quality work. When my boiler failed, Dave had the replacement in my house the next day and had the install completed the day. After that, Always reliable every time.

Extremely knowledgeable,professional,patient took time to answer all questions, provided referrals and was upfront with rates. I could tell he took pride in his work and is trustworthy. Definitely recommend this company and I will be using them from now on.

He didn't respond to several attempts the original issue. Having multiple phone calls and emails. Work was paid in full in beginning when service performed.

Used this company twice and was happy. As of 3/27/20 I'm updating my review to say that I will no longer use this company because in an emergency they did not return any calls or emails. Don't need a plumber that does not return calls.

Dave did all the plumbing work to move our washer and dryer from the basement to the first floor, including new supply lines, a new gas line, and a new waste line. The supply and gas had to come from the basement and cross nearly the entire house. The new waste line had to be run through a slab foundation. It was not a small job by any means and we anticipated the house being a huge mess for a while. All of the work was done and done well, with as little mess as possible, considering access panels had to be cut open in a few spots. What also impressed us was how Dave worked with me, knowing I was DIY'ing the rest of the project. For example, when pulling up outside pavers, he moved them aside but kept them in the same pattern, saving me hours when it came time to put them back in. Similarly, he limited the damage to floor tiles when breaking up the concrete for the new drain line, again saving me a lot of time. He helped explain things I needed to do when framing out the walls, etc. All told, we would highly recommend Dave, and he is a permanent addition to the contact list.

I searched for someone to install a kitchen faucet and repair a leaking sink drain pipe, Dave responded immediately to my inquiry and he was able to send a plumber right over. I had not purchased the new faucet as of our call and he advised me to call him when I returned home which I did. Mike was dispatched to my home in less than 30 minutes!!!! The job was quickly completed and I am more than extremely satisfied. Mike was very professional and thoroughly knowledgeable in his work. Dave was very helpful in setting up my appointment and quickly dispatching one of his men. Thank you Dave and Mike for a job well done. I would highly recommend Palmasano Plumbing to everyone who needs any plumbing projects. UPDATE FOR 02/09/17 I hired Palmasano Plumbing a couple of months ago and I found them to be a great company to work with, ( see my review for that project), so when I noticed a leak dripping from my ceiling without hesitation I called Dave and told him of my problem he assured me someone would respond to my home within an hour. True to his word Mike arrived which was great as he had completed my last project, he went right to work checking all avenues which might be causing the leak. He quickly found the problem and repaired it quickly, he took great pains to limit the debris field and completely cleaned the area. I highly recommend Palmasano Plumbing and will definitely hire them for any other plumbing projects I may require. Thank you Dave and Mike!!!!

Great service, courteous knowledgeable plumbers. Walked me through step-by-step to help me understand what him and his men were doing. Will definitely be calling again for all my plumbing needs. Would give six stars if that was an option.

When I was removing my cabinet, I try to turn water value off under sink. I ended up breaking the value and had to shut off the water to the building. Dave the owner was quick in getting up to Mahwah, and replacing the value. So now my neighbors can have water turn back on. Dave's rate are fair to below normal rates. Super nice and staff is super nice too.

They were prompt, courteous, very neat and clean, and did the job in one hour as promised.

Dave explained the process completely. Him and his assistant did the work quickly and tidied up completely. Rate was fair and I decided Palmisano was my new plumber. Really could not be more pleased!

excellent service, replaced the pipe under my kitchen sink, which had a lg hole in it and was clogged. i'm having him come back next week and help me with my shower fixture problems. more than fair prices.

I just want to add that Mike, who did the installation and other repairs, was very professional, worked quickly and efficiently, and was very friendly as well.

I had an emergency on my hands and couldn't find anyone to help me out. I was able to talk to Dave immediately upon calling him. He set up an appointment and got here a lot faster than expected. There were multiple problems, all of which were fixed quickly and professionally. Dave even helped out over the phone with an issue that had nothing to do with him and it was taken care of. Everything was repaired and installed in a very short period of time. I plan on referring everyone I know to Palmasano Plumbing.

On time, very knowledgable and gave great insight. We had multiple issues that needed addressing. Dave was not looking to just gain business, he offered sound advise and offered solutions that he would not benefit from. I will use him for all my plumbing needs in the future!

Did an excellent job...worked quickly and efficiently. Was an hour late to appointment with good reason, but should have called to let us know.
